“Goals. There’s no telling what you can do when you get inspired by them. There’s no telling what you can do when you believe in them. And there’s no telling what will happen when you act upon them.” —Jim Rohn
The day I started setting goals for myself, was the day everything started to fall into place. I started out with small things like, today I’ll walk 5 minutes on the treadmill or today I’ll choose to eat healthy instead of junk.
Little things that in the long run add up to a lot and build habits to accomplish even bigger goals. With each goal reached, you’ll gain more confidence in yourself and it’ll help you to go even further.
Goals should be attainable, meaningful to you and time-bound.

For me personally, setting goals helps me to focus my mind. It keeps me accountable. Choices are easier when you have a goal. Questions like “Does this support my goal or hinder it ?”, make decision making way easier.
It gives my life structure, a sense of safety, purpose and meaning.
As cliche as it sounds, but I truly believe that setting goals will help you to achieve your highest potential.
Where do you see yourself in a month? a year? 3years? 5 years? 10 years?
Dream it, write it, work on it, stick with it and achieve it !
